Because our staff is Hazwoper trained, transitioning from hazardous material removal to asbestos, lead, and mold abatement is easily accomplished. This unique qualification allows for spill response, decontamination, demolition, and remediation of mixed wastes involving hazardous materials and asbestos / lead. We maintain professional associations with CIHs, Air Monitoring Specialists, Project Designers, and Building Inspectors and assist with project delineation, design, and final air clearance. Our management staff maintains AHERA (The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act)) and State of Colorado certifications as Project Designer and Contractor Supervisor. All of our employees have been trained according to the specific tasks they are performing as required under OSHA regulations. CES provides all required permitting and notification as mandated by various local, state, and federal agencies. We acquire the necessary regulatory approval or licensing needed for variances in order to provide more timely and cost-effective completion of projects. We work with several licensed disposal companies to ensure the best service and price for our clients. Our clients receive a documentation package at the completion of a project that includes permits / notifications, daily work reports, monitoring results, state and / or federal inspection reports, final air clearance results, and disposal manifests.
