CES is certified to provide asbestos and lead abatement services in Colorado.  We perform asbestos abatement under Regulation 8 and lead abatement (including child-occupied facilities) under Regulation 19. We provide asbestos decontamination and demolition services, in addition to the remediation of mixed wastes involving asbestos and/or lead.

All asbestos technicians are state licensed and certified under AHERA (The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) and meet training requirements according to the specific tasks they are performing as required under OSHA regulations.

Our asbestos abatement services span friable and non-friable asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and include the following:

• Commercial - thermal systems insulation, spray-applied fire proofing, troweled on insulation, lay-in and glued on ceiling tile, transite, roofing materials, and soils.
   

• Industrial - active high temperature systems, "clean room" environments, exterior/interior locations, and military research secured areas.
   

• Residential - contaminated floor surfaces, sheet rock joint compound/texturing, spray-applied ceiling texture, and lath and plaster coatings.

Our lead abatement services include disposal of lead-bearing materials and lead-based paints and coatings. Clearance and sampling is provided by third-party consultants. We are extensively experienced in all facets of commercial, industrial, and residential remediation projects.
