Chris Cargill has 9 years of experience in managing environmental projects and personnel.  Among his responsibilities as a Project Manager, Mr. Cargill has ensured RCRA, DOT and OSHA compliance for periodic site audits and inspections, supervised multiple technicians and chemists, and drafted site plans and SOPs.  He has developed multiple programs to reduce costs by minimizing waste production and disposal, including selling surplus raw material and off-spec chemicals, and promoting recycling options.  Mr. Cargill also has developed databases to track and report waste disposal, destination, costs, and waste analysis plans for large companies.

 

His training includes HAZWOPER, RCRA, DOT, Class A Haz-Mat, Confined Space Entry, Asbestos Awareness, Lockout/Tagout, Accident Investigation, Bloodborne Pathogens, Respiratory Protection, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and CERCLA.  He has taught both OSHA and RCRA courses.  Previously, Mr. Cargill renewed and solidified a 5-year contract with Lockheed Martin at their Waterton facility, and renewed a 4-year contract with P&G at five technical centers, saving more than 1.1 million in three years.  He has a B.S. in Industrial and Environmental Health Management and an A.A.S. in Industrial Chemical Technology.
