Environmental Division Denver
As a Division Manager for Custom Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), Denver, Doug Lee is responsible for managing personnel and resources for all environmental service projects. In this position, Mr. Lee supervises a multi-tasked staff, schedules resources and sub-contractors, develops project budgets and site-specific safety plans, maintains an employee training program, and oversees warehouse operations.
With more than 23 years experience in the environment services industry, public and private sectors, Mr. Lee has managed a variety of complex projects ranging from hazardous material spill response, site remediation, facility demolition and decontamination, underground and above ground storage tank removal (UST, AST,) hazardous waste disposal, low-level radiological removal, and groundwater treatment process installation.
Mr. Lee was formerly a fire chief with the Arvada Fire Department. He is president of the Colorado Fallen Fire Fighters Foundation, a Certified State Incident Commander, and a member of the Rocky Mountain Hazardous Waste Association.
Other areas of training include: OSHA 29 CFR 1910, 120, OSHA Supervisor and Confined Space, Lead Compliance Certification, Domestic Anti-terrorism Training, Spill Response Operations and Equipment, Technical Rescue Training, and Department of Energy Radiological Worker II.
