Gary Moser, Senior Project Manager at Custom Environmental Services, Inc., brings 27 years of experience in environmental business development and operations management to CES.

Mr. Moser has developed specialized internal and external service programs in the areas of hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, asbestos, universal and electronic waste, pharmaceutical and drug recycling, maintenance, and transportation programs.  Mr. Moser has also developed marketing presentations for trade shows and associations, site walks and assessments, cost estimates, bid preparation, contract development, and subcontractor negotiation.  Mr. Moser has overseen the operations department function as well, including coordinating emergency response projects, planning work schedules and managing personnel, equipment and contractors.

Among his areas of specialty training are OSHA Asbestos Awareness, Clandestine-Drug Lab Operations, Confined Space, and 40-hour HAZWOPER.  Mr. Moser attended the Columbia School of Broadcasting, where he received a 3^rd Class Operators License in Broadcasting/Writing.  He is a member of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Materials Society and the Colorado/Wyoming Insulation and Abatement Contractors Association.
