Division Manager, Asbestos Services Denver
Eldon Nahring is Vice President and Manager of Asbestos Services at Custom Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), Denver. Mr. Nahring has extensive experience in the environmental industry, including complex project design and implementation, remote logistics, subcontractor utilization and client satisfaction. During his career, he has managed more than 825 asbestos, lead demolition and remediation projects.
As Manager of Asbestos Services, Mr. Nahring supervises environmental projects of all sizes and complexity including commercial and residential asbestos abatement, airborne lead and lead paint removal, heavy metal and hydrocarbon remediation, landfill and leachate collection system construction, and PCB decontamination for projects in sensitive areas at Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and Department of (DOC) facilities.
Mr. Nahring is a member of American Institute of Professional Geologists and Colorado and Wyoming Insulation and Abatement Contractors Association. Among his accomplishments was the establishment of the District Remediation Office in Albuquerque to provide 2-hour on-call abatement services. He also achieved a 15 percent savings in labor costs for the removal and installation of 19 under and above ground storage tanks (UST/AST) at the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site, as well as completed multi-phased asbestos abatement and underground storage tank decontaminations at Rocky Flats, reducing completion time by 25 percent. |
