Human Resources Manager and
Asbestos Project Coordinator

Rachelle Rendon serves as Human Resources Manager and a Hazmat Level 1 Tech for CES.  She also serves as a Project Coordinator for CES's Asbestos Division.  Ms. Rendon is responsible for all personnel related issues, including benefits, workman's compensation, payroll, and company vehicle maintenance.  For the Asbestos Division, Ms. Rendon handles scheduling, project set up, permit completion, project closeouts, and frequently serves as a Project Manager on asbestos abatement projects.  Ms. Rendon has training in 40-hour Hazwoper, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, CPR/First Aid, and DOT Awareness. 

Prior to joining CES, Ms. Rendon served as a police officer and has 10 years experience in law enforcement and 56 college credit hours in Criminal Justice.
