As project manager for Custom Environmental Services, Lincoln Seime is responsible for site-specific project planning, job specifications, time efficiency, health and safety, productivity, blueprints, and interfacing with building owners and environmental consultants.  Bringing 11 years of experience to CES, Mr. Seime oversees asbestos and lead-based paint projects and coordinates workers and documentation.

Prior to joining CES, Mr. Seime served as Supervisor / Estimator for MDR Corporation in Northglenn and as an Operations Manager for Airmonte Environmental in Colorado Springs.  Mr. Seime has an Associates Degree in Business Management from Denver Technical College.  Among his areas of training and certification are AHERA for Supervisors, Lockout/Tagout, Lead Supervisor and Awareness, Hazardous Communications, Confined Space, and 40-hour Hazwoper.
