Key Highlights

Ms. Hines is the Business Operations Manager for CES. She oversees daily operations of the business to ensure that financial and personnel management goals are achieved through cross-training, developing/implementing measurable financial performance goals, developing best practices for strategic planning and operational efficiency, and assisting with business development.

Her responsibilities also include bidding for client contracts, managing the breadth of administrative operations, and partnering with the Human Resources department.

Ms. Hines brings 12 years of experience in business/financial operations and marketing to CES. She previously served as a Healthcare Practice Administrator/Consultant where she implemented cost saving and profit building plans and created employee management policies. During her time as Environmental Services Manager for a large regional hospital, she directed 140+ unionized, multilingual personnel to conduct daily assignments in accordance with OSHA and JCAHO regulations through cross-training, quality inspections and leadership development.

Accomplishments: 
Achieved $156K gross profit increase in one year while serving as a Healthcare Practice Administrator.
As a previous retail Store Director, skillfully managed 70 unionized employees and 8 department managers through cross-training and leadership development while balancing hiring, payroll and budgeting, scheduling, billing, safety compliance and performa
As a US Army Officer, successfully lead troops in combat maneuvers and received commendation from Unit Command and peers for exceptional tactical leadership.
