Administrative Assistant II
Ms. Reynolds is an Administrative Assistant II for CES. She is responsible for assisting with office administration and related secretarial support for front desk personnel, as needed.
Her primary responsibilities include assisting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with collections/payments, general accounting, and data entry. She drafts reports to clients, orders office supplies and conducts training for front desk personnel.
Ms. Reynolds previously served as a Sales Agent for a real estate brokerage firm where she worked with both buyers and sellers with commercial and residential properties and also administered the firm’s social media campaign. She also previously served as a 24/7 advocate for a youth advocate organization, providing services to help youth and their families attain personal and professional goals in and out of their homes.
