Ms. Marroquín is the Human Resources Manager of CES. She is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function as it relates to employee relations, benefits administration, implementation of employment policies, personnel record keeping, workers compensation, team member safety issues, and compliance with HR laws and regulations. Her duties include recruiting, testing and interviewing candidates, providing exit interview execution and analysis, and counseling managers on candidate selections. She also provides guidelines to managers for coaching and counseling employees, maintains, recommends and communicates employee benefits programs, and assists with payroll and DOT record keeping.

Ms. Marroquín has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources industry and has a working knowledge of HR management practices, employment legal requirements, workers compensation laws, and OSHA regulations. She maintains her professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional industry publications, and participating in professional societies and associations.

She previously served as HR Regional Manager for a construction company where she was responsible for developing new HR policies and procedures for three company offices in Denver. During her time as HR Manager for a multinational fire and security company, she worked with HR coordinators in 17 states across the U.S.

Recognized by another former employer for creating and developing an HR department and placing the company in compliance with state and federal laws.
Obtained recognition as a talented and valued manager from a number of executives for developing or improving HR policies and procedures.
