Jeff Carhart
Accounts Payable Manager
Mr. Carhart is the Accounts Payable Manager for CES. He reviews and verifies vendor invoices for accuracy and monitors accounts to ensure up to date payments. He also corresponds with vendors to research and resolve any invoice questions and updates vendor insurance coverage documentation.
His responsibilities also include tracking and entry of fuel receipts, processing employee expense reports, and assisting the Accounts Receivable department.
Mr. Carhart brings 9 years of experience in accounting and finance to CES. He previously served as a Financial Analyst and Depreciation Accountant for an energy company where he analyzed natural gas projects for future profitability, maintained Master Lease Program with Long Term Credit Bank of Japan, and set depreciation schedules for capital expenditures on equipment. He also previously served in various inside sales and customer service positions in the sports, electrical supply, food, and automobile industries.
