Key Highlights

Mr. Dugdale is a Project Manager in the Abatement Division for CES’ Denver office. He is responsible for abatement project estimates, attending pre-bid meetings and job walks and serving as a job site supervisor during asbestos removal projects. He is also a liaison with clients on project requirements and recommendations, ensuring resources are available to carry out the work and planning projects in accordance with current regulations and legislation. In addition, he oversees project quality control and reporting and maintains positive business relationships/interaction with management and clients.

Mr. Dugdale has more than 30 years of experience in operations management, in home sales management and customer service. He has worked closely with legal staff to develop compliance programs for the high end residential remodel and installation business. He has developed and executed phasing schedules for national roll outs of general contracting offices on both the East and West coasts and developed and executed plans to recruit and train local management, design staff, field management, clerical support and sub-contractors. He also has experience in developing interactive relationships between union and management to reduce expenses involved in resolving union conflicts.

Mr. Dugdale previously served as a National Project and Installation Manager for a few different national retailers in Colorado and also served as a Warehouse Supervisor for one of the world’s leading pulp and paper manufacturers.

Accomplishments: 
Obtained national recognition from OSHA by applying for and successfully developing and implementing programs to attain VPP status.
Opened 12 general contracting offices in different markets to support 20 TGI units in a 24 month period.
Set up large floor covering warehouse operations and installation network for 48 markets in the USA and Canada.
Developed and implemented a comprehensive fleet maintenance program with a high degree of employee involvement that resulted in cutting annual maintenance costs by 25%.
Nurtured successful team environment for staffs in excess of 140 team members.
